Trimble Spectra Precision GL422 dual-slope grade laser

  • Versatile Automatic Grade Lasers for Level, Grade and Vertical Alignment
  • The Spectra Precision® Laser GL422 Grade Laser is cost-effective, automatic self-leveling laser that does three jobs: level, grade and vertical alignment with plumb.
  • The laser features a 2-way, full-function remote control so you can make grade changes from anywhere on the jobsite for reduced setup time and faster operation.
  • The GL422 (dual grade) laser sends a continuous, self-leveled 360-degree laser reference over your entire work area, and has a wide grade range so it can be used in a variety of slope applications.

Features:

  • Fast, easy horizontal level, grade and vertical plumb setup with no manual leveling
  • Easy setups with the 2-way, full-function radio remote control and single and dual grade application capability offer quick payback
  • Automatic temperature and grade compensation eliminates rework
  • Very long operating range of 800 m (2,600 ft) for GL422 increases machine control capability and reduces setups over the jobsite.

5 -Year “No Cost” Warranty Policy

  • The GL422 has a "5-Year – No Cost”- warranty that covers defects due to material and workmanship.
  • Spectra Precision Laser products with a “5-Year- No Cost” warranty that have failed will be repaired AT NO CHARGE for five years from the date of purchase.

Applications:

  • Leveling concrete forms and footers
  • General construction vertical alignment and plumb such as anchor bolt and form alignment
  • Grading and excavating
  • Concrete sections with runoff for sports fields, tennis courts and driveways
  • Steep slope road embankments and ditch banks
  • Parking garages, ramps and drainage

GL422 Package Includes:

  • GL422 Dual Grade Laser transmitter
  • HL700* or CR600** Receivers
  • RC402 Remote Control
  • Case
  • NIMH Rechargeable Battery Pack and Charger

*HL700 Receiver Details:

  • Highly versatile receiver for basic and advanced leveling and aligning applications
  • The Spectra Precision® Laser HL700 Laserometer, a highly versatile laser receiver for basic and advanced leveling and aligning applications, is designed for general, concrete and site preparation contractors.
  • The HL700 is an easy-to-use tool that accurately measures elevations across the site, and is ideal for use with any rotating transmitter.
  • The HL700 features a digital readout of elevation that provides a numeric display of +/- 5 cm (+/- 2 inches).
  • The readout is displayed on the large front and rear LCD's and shows exactly how far the elevation is from on-grade.
  • Accurate measurements can be made without moving the rod clamp, saving time and increasing productivity.
  • Selectable units of measure can be displayed meeting your application - mm, cm, ft, in or fractional inches.
  • A 12.7 cm (5 inch) reception height, more than double the industry standard, allows quick acquisition of the laser beam.
  • An anti-strobe sensor prevents false readings from site strobe lights.
  • The Laserometer is designed to survive the tough construction site conditions; it is totally waterproof and can withstand a drop of 3 meters (10 feet) onto concrete.
  • The HL700 offers a 3-year "No Excuses" warranty.
  • The HL700 can be used as either a hand-held or rod mounted receiver for a wide range of applications.
*HL700 Features and Benefits:
  • Digital readout of elevation - not only will high or low arrows be displayed, but the exact distance from grade will be numerically displayed, which eliminates the need to get "on-grade" to make measurements.
  • Large 12.7 cm (5 inch) reception height acquires the beam quickly and makes it easy to stay in the beam.
  • Anti-strobe sensor stops construction strobe lights from setting off the receiver, and makes it easier to identify true laser beam signals.
  • Simultaneous elevation LED's signal in low light levels and over a longer range for easier reading in poor light conditions.
  • New CAPTURE function remotely captures and retains a measurement when the display is difficult to see.
  • Multiple deadband setting allows adaptation to meet all your jobsite requirements.
  • Dust and weatherproof housing withstands a drop of up to 3 m (10 ft) onto concrete for reduced downtime.
  • Two clamp positions for cut/fill or excavation.
  • Excavation mode puts more reception height and elevation information above grade for higher utilization in digging and staking applications.
  • Applications: Setting and checking jobsite elevation and depth for: Cut and fills, General grading, Foundations, forms, and footings, and Excavations

**CR600 Receiver Details:

  • The Spectra Precision® Laser CR600 Receiver is ideal for contractors doing both site prep and general construction.
  • The CR600 can be either rod or machine mounted, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
  • Using the magnetic mount, the CR600 receiver is easily moved between backhoes, small excavators, box blades or skid steer loaders.
  • With such a high degree of flexibility, the CR600 needs to be tough enough for any job.
**CR600 Features & Benefits:
  • Designed for tough construction site conditions.
  • Rugged, waterproof, lightweight magnesium housing can withstand a drop of up to 3 m (10 ft) on concrete.
  • Super-bright colored LED elevation indicators visibly indicate grade elevation information to the operator even in poor light and up to 100 m (350 ft) in bright sunlight.
  • Adjustable bandwidth lets the operator tighten the on-grade band to easily meet a variety of accuracy requirements with tighter tolerances from rough grading through form leveling.
  • Wraparound receiver cells with continuous pickup through an operating range of 270 provide less dead spots and improved productivity, especially for machine applications.
  • Longer, above-grade receiver cells make digging with a back hoe easier than ever.
  • Machine Applications: Site Prep, Building and Housing Pads, Sewage and Storm Drains.
  • Off-Machine Applications: General Construction
